About the project

The architectural concept of the residential complex was developed by British specialist John Dawes, who was inspired by the architecture of London, Singapore, and Dubai. The result of his work was three skyscraper towers united at the bottom by a common podium and connected by transparent bridges at the upper levels.

Features

Each Taryan Towers building has its own unique concept. The roof of the first tower will soon feature a panoramic restaurant where guests can enjoy not only signature dishes but also breathtaking views of the capital. The roof of the second tower will become an open-air park with an artificial lake and winter garden — an ideal place for relaxing walks. The third tower will be equally impressive. Its roof will feature a cinema, planetarium, and museum of the future.

Each apartment in the residential complex has its own open terrace offering spectacular views — the entire Pechersk district is visible as if in the palm of your hand.

Infrastructure

The Taryan Towers concept offers residents everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation.

The residential complex’s private infrastructure includes:

  • Modern lifestyle resort TSARSKY, specially developed for the residential complex. It covers more than 2,000 m² dedicated to sports and relaxation. Residents have access to modern fitness equipment, a salt room, SPA area, sauna, and hammam. There are also two swimming pools — an indoor 25-meter pool and an outdoor summer pool on the roof of the podium section.
  • Shopping center — a whole gallery of premium boutiques. According to the project, it will include stores and showrooms, jewelry boutiques, and services designed for residents’ comfort. Residents will not need to go far for groceries thanks to the premium local supermarket.
  • Reliable security system. The entire territory of the complex is under 24/7 video surveillance, security posts are installed, and a personal electronic access system is in place.
  • Parking, which according to the developer will fully meet the needs of both residents and their guests. Each parking level includes charging stations for electric vehicles.
  • Equipped SHELTER ZONE — a place where residents can safely wait during an air raid alert. At a level of -17.300 m, several areas are planned: lounge, children’s area, coworking space, bathrooms, medical point, kitchen, and cinema.

Residents of the complex can also enjoy all the advantages of its convenient location. Nearby are Novus supermarket, Silpo, and Furshet. Shops, cafes, restaurants, kindergartens, and schools are within walking distance.
