Seven Hills

Seven Hills is a Ukrainian construction company that is part of the international development group Scorpio Real Estate Group, known for successful projects in Central and Eastern European countries.

The company started its operations in the Ukrainian market in 2006. Its first and most well-known project was the PARK AVENUE residential complex located in Kyiv. The first phase of the complex, which included an office block and two residential buildings, was commissioned at the end of 2009, while the second phase was completed in mid-2012.

In 2010, Seven Hills was recognized as the most reliable construction company in Ukraine, and the PARK AVENUE residential complex received the title of the best project at the All-Ukrainian “Brand of the Year-2010” competition.

Among other company projects is the PARK AVENUE VIP residential complex, which, according to the jury of the EEA Real Estate Forum & Project Awards, was recognized as one of the best residential complexes in Eastern Europe and Asia.
